Hello all!
This Christmas I got fat...pretty damn fat. It was nice to stop all my activity for a bit and relax, I had a new office job, and an injury (more on that in the future). When I left to go back to my parents over Christmas I decided to take it easy, eat and sleep. So I got fat!
Furthermore my lovely wife has also put on weight, she still looks like a goddess (and always will) but has gone up two dress sizes in a year and wants to make some lifestyle changes. So together we have decided to do a proper three month health and fitness regime starting January 1st. The rules are simple and uncompromising:
1) All rules apply for three months, no exceptions or excuses
2) No alcohol, not a drop!
3) Healthy food, low carb, lots of vegetables and fish nothing with loads of sugar or fat
4) Daily cardio exercise
5) Weights 2x per week
6) If you have to snack its fruit and nuts only
There they are!
Simple and easy to follow...let the games begin!
